Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Trainee Sales Negotiator - Full time or part time

We have both full time and part time positions to offer either existing Estate Agents or Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become an Estate Agent however, you will need to have a strong sales background in for examplecar sales, mobile telephone sales or membership sales and you will need to drive and have your own car.

If full time your working hours will be 10.00am to 6.00pm and essentially this will be Monday to Friday however, positions are also available on a part time basis with hours to suit so if you are an existing Estate Agent or an ex Estate Agent andwant flexible working hours then they will also accommodate this for the school runs for example.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Trainee Sales Negotiator - Full time or part time

  • The full time salary comprises of a £16,000 basic salary plus personal commission of £75 per property that is listed onto the market and an additional £75 once the property has sold and has exchanged contracts. The overall salary is £23,000 to £24,000 inyear one however, this could reach £29,000. You will also receive an initial 4 month guaranteed salary of £18,000 prorata so £1,500 per month gross pay whilst you are building your sales pipeline (personal commission) so for the first 4 months of your employmentyou cannot earn less than this. The part time salary will be adjusted pro rata to your working hours.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Trainee Sales Negotiator - Full time or part time


If full time you will receive an initial 4 month guaranteed salary of £18,000 pro-rata so £1,500 per month gross pay plus personal commission.

Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of £16,000 with very realistic on target earnings of between £23,000to £24,000 in year one however, this could reach £29,000.

The part time salary will be adjusted pro rata to your working hours.
