South Staffordshire College are looking to employ a highly motivated and inspirational individual to join our Learning Support team to provide high quality support for young people and adults who have an Education, Health and Care Plan or a specific learning difference or disability.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant who can work effectively and imaginatively to provide first class support for students, that help them embrace their differences and develop independence through supportive strategies to achieve their career aspirations.

What you can expect from us -_ _We care about your wellbeing so have a number of activities all year that provide support. However, time off is also important. We have a generous holiday scheme, the usual Bank Holidays, an additional 5 days at Christmas and 2 'ME' days (where you can have a day off work and do whatever makes you happy) as well as an additional day on campus spent on wellbeing._
