The Role

Delivering extraordinary growth through ROI based value propositions, smart digital solutions, and the most comprehensive, accurate and timely automotive connected data.

Identifying and supporting Solera UK VRM products that deliver high ROI to our Automotive, Insurance and Finance customers, while leveraging Consumer to sell combinations of valuation and vehicle provenance products.

To do this we require a first-class Technical Vehicle Data Editors, who are technically skilled with a keen eye for detail, of a strong analytical mind-set and with a focus on quality, to ensure that new and existing data sets are developed, enhanced, and maintained to support the full product range.

The individual must have a keen interest in automotive and have an excellent knowledge of the associated model variants, down to a granular level.

A good understanding of data availability channels is essential, particularly within the automotive industry sector.

The individual will be responsible for analysing, creating, checking, and amending data in order to enhance and maintain data integrity and product availability to meet current and future business needs.

Research, investigation, and resolution of data related queries will be carried out in a timely manner as well as investigation into wider data anomalies with a view to providing bulk data enhancement overrides to cap-hpi and Solera systems.

To be successful in this role; the individual must have a methodical, analytical approach and be able to work on their own initiative to meet aggressive deadlines whilst remaining flexible to the needs of our customers and business demands.

They must be able to demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude and always take the initiative to ensure data projects are delivered on time and to the expected output quality.

Working with IT Dev and Service delivery teams to ensure correct systems provisioning for Data asset management and Quality enablement.

What You'll Do

Critical Role

Supporting all UK VRM products and the code matching process that underpins its data and daily performance for its consumer.

This is for each shared platform across all Solera UK businesses. Working closely with other Technical Vehicle Data Editors to establish key responsibilities.

Daily Focus on Output

Support the data plan for existing Solera UK VRM data mapping projects and ensure that data releases are completed accurately and on time.

Delivery of scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly data released pivotal to core products.

Help Enhance Quality

Resolve customer data queries in a timely manner and identify areas where bulk overrides can be implemented to improve data quality and availability for Solera UK VRM products.

Identify areas of data improvement and develop automated solutions.

Assist Identification & Product to maximize profitability of new and existing products.
