Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to bid and tender requests.
- Coordinate all parties involved in the bid process to ensure everyone is aware of the level of contribution expected and when the deadlines are.
- Prepare appropriate information on products/ services.
- Calculate cost to run and liaise with relevant teams to create pricing
- Review of draft tenders and effecting improvement.
- Create/edit proposals & invitation to tenders within required timescales.
- Obtaining feedback from purchasers when tenders are unsuccessful in order to improve in the future.
- Write marketing materials and articles for LinkedIn and company website
