  • The Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA) is a part of the Ministry of Defence responsible for the procurement, inservice support, and disposal of the UK's nuclear submarines. Responsibilities

  • Deliver activities to ensure information is being captured, stored, distributed, used, processed, retained and eventually disposed of, to meet the requirements of the law, MOD policy and guidance and the requirements of the business.
  • Interpret policy and maintain information environments and records to ensure compliance with Information Management good practice, standards, policy and legislation.
  • Actively manage end user expectations to provide high levels of service.
  • Support Records Management to ensure information can be stored, retrieved effectively and risks managed.

Person specification:


  • Experience of Knowledge & Information Management in an organisation.
  • Relevant management of people experience, eg managing end user expectations
