To oversee and deliver efficient and effective maintenance service within Lifeworks. To ensure the site is well decorated, safe and comfortable in line with quality standards and ensures that the site complies with the statutory regulations such as Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
To support in all general maintenance for the site.
Has good I.T skills
Has strong planning and workload management skills
Has access to a car and current UK Licence.
