About the role:
We have an opportunity for an existing colleague to join our Home Repairs Service (HRS) as a Repairs Planner.
This role provides planning and scheduling services to all workstreams with the HRS ensuring that our customers receive a great customer experience.
You will be working collaboratively with the operatives, service manager, supervisors, and contact centre daily to ensure that the Repairs service runs smoothly for our partners and customers.
You will schedule and allocate resources to maximise productivity and performance and work within the policies, criteria and timescales adopted by the organisation ensuring enquiries are dealt with during, or immediately following, the first contact with the customer.
About you:
You will be a confident and highly motivated individual with the ability to demonstrate how you have ensured customers repairs are completed right first time and to a high standard.
