Growth HQ is an innovative, boutique affiliate marketing agency working with startups and scale-ups in fintech, retail, health, and everything in between.

We pride ourselves on going way beyond traditional affiliate marketing (i.e. vouchers & cashback), with many of our clients being impressed by the true incremental value our growing publisher network adds to their business.

Job description

You will...

  • Find, close deals with, and onboard global affiliate marketing partners across multiple industries and for several clients
- manage and build strong relationships with existing affiliates - continuously analysing the performance of their campaigns and making suggestions to improve their impact
- work with the rest of the team to deliver your monthly targets/KPIs
- learn from working with the experienced team members, ask questions when you have them and take your own initiatives to succeed and grow
- support the admin side of affiliate marketing and running a digital agency, from auditing incoming affiliate requests, finding new potential clients, submitting design ideas for digital campaign assets to the client, to building performance presentations

- "Effective Communication" - you build trust through transparent, friendly, communication (written and verbal), you're able to summarise and communicate deliverables, achievements, and blockers.
- "Organisation Skills" - you can spin a few plates at the same time, work in a structured and organised manner, are dedicated to delivering tasks/projects, whilst never losing the overview

Job Types:
Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
Up to £20,319.00 per year
