Are you looking for your next exciting opportunity within a rapidly expanding business?


A leading specialist in software solutions is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Projects Coordinator to join their welcoming and friendly team in Westbury.

This is a pivotal role within a busy department, working closely with the implementations teamas well as the customer success team to ensure projects are delivered on time.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects from implementation to delivery
  • Provide quotations, capacity & schedule information to assist customers in achieving their product requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure the database is up to date so that deadlines are accurate on the project process
  • Be the go to person to troubleshoot issues, and ensure all projects stay on time and within budget.
What are we looking for?

  • A background in software or IT, ideally within a similar role.
  • Excellent Customer service ability.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Experience with project planning tools and MS Software
  • A pro active approach to tasks at hand
