Description

The Electrical Co-ordinator role is critical in ensuring our clients electrical contracts are constantly running effectively and efficiently, the role will require working closely with the estimator and labour controller ensuring parts are correct and delivered in time for jobs.

Key challenges are working at a fast pace, problem solving, and being transparent with the team, engineers and suppliers.

Source and procure electrical equipment and materials in time for scheduled dates of projects set by the labour controllers.
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and costeffective delivery for parts.
Evaluate supplier quotes, negotiate pricing, and terms to secure favourable agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with administration regarding any Purchase Order queries.
Keep accurate and up to date records of orders and deliveries.
Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, quality concerns, or delayed shipments.
Assisting the estimator at busy times and provide as cover when they are on annual leave

Package:
£25,000 basic

20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
