We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a small team who are committed to sourcing top teaching talent for Hampshire schools. The Role
Baker Education is a new, specialised recruitment agency looking to bring on board an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to expand on a successful and growing portfolio of schools across Hampshire.
Your responsibilities
- Client_
- Develop great relationships with Hampshire schools, learning who they are what they value.
- Enjoy the hustle we know it can be challenging breaking into new schools so we're looking for someone who enjoys the sales process.
- Energy and willingness to cocreate new ways of working.
- A knowledge and understanding of what makes a great educator we pride ourselves on only recruiting top teaching talent for our schools.
About you
- Passionate about the role schools play in society you are motivated by sourcing top talent and building a pipeline of great educators that will empower the next generation.
- Results driven you thrive on meeting and exceeding agreed targets.
- Resilient you can take the good days with the bad ones and stay positive throughout.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Proven success in a recruitment role (for example having built a desk of at least 50 days).
- Highly independent worker.
- Comfortable using ATS & CRM software.
- Developing new business through phone calls, mailers and marketing.
- Offering ideas to support our wider business goals.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary:
£30,000.00 per year
