Sales Officer Administrator

  • Our client is a family run business that prides itself in building strong relationships with suppliers and customers. They go above and beyond to ensure that our customers have the best possible service. They are Cheese Makers, Wholesalers & Distributors of British & Continental Cheese & other fine foods._

Location:

Inglewhite, Preston


Hours of work:

Full time
Monday

  • Friday
8:30am start

  • You will be required to work an occasional Saturday (half shift) on a rota approximately once every 6 weeks._

Rate of pay:

£10.50 per hour (for the first 39 hours)

A_fter 39 hours a fixed overtime rate of £12 per hour_

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing orders to invoice.
  • Customer queries via telephone, including product upselling.
  • General Admin duties
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a pressurised environment
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Assist colleagues & help out as & when required
  • To work part of a team
  • Experience preferred but not essential

Your own transport is essential due to remote location_

£10.50-£12.00 per hour
