With five hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London's bustling West End, we're looking for experienced, vibrant and energetic people to join our growing family.

We are recruiting Room Attendants to support our opening team in our new -Zedwell Hotel - Tottenham Court.

Your duties will include:

To service rooms allocated by the Housekeeper to the standards required by the Company.

To carry out routine and periodic cleaning in allocated areas, as directed by superiors.

To be responsible for the cleanliness of rooms and to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, as well as the maintenance of housekeeping areas.

To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the standards.

To report any malfunctions of such equipment immediately

To ensure the correct use of cleaning products on all surfaces

To report any damage or wear and tear arising in any of your working areas

To ensure lost property is handed to your supervisor.

To ensure on all occasions you observe safe and hygienic working practices in order to satisfy Health and Safety at work, Fire Procedures and other Statutory Legislation

To observe all security procedures laid down by the Company.

This job description cannot be exhaustive due to the peculiar requirements of the industry. Therefore, the job holder may be required from time to time to carry out tasks requested by the Management.

Requirements:

A strong desire to learn and develop a career within hotels.

Flexibility to work varied hours.

Ability to work under pressure.
