Tier 1 Residential Developer

Location:
South East London

Salary:
£35-37k DOE

Our client is a well known Residential Developer looking to recruit a permanent
Document Controller to their team
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful
Document Controller offering longterm work based on the same project with other exciting projects entering planning stages nearby
Ideally the
Document Controller should have experience of being involved in all aspects of a projects life cycle (planning all the way through to handover)
Also it would be preferable for the
Document Controller to have experience / currently be working for a Residential Developer in a like for like role
The successful
Document Controller should also be able to provide verifiable work references
