Job Reference:

We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department within the Multi-Franchise site at Howards Taunton.

The site now houses Honda, Citroen, MG, Suzuki and you may also be involved at our sister site which represents Peugeot and Hyundai.

Working patterns for the Aftersales arena of the business changed in January, 2023, and your working week will not include weekends.

You will work 42 hours per week from Monday to Friday only.

Previous experience in the motor trade or a similar role is preferred and ideally the successful applicant will have excellent communication, organisation and customer skills, be computer literate and have an eye for detail.

Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal
Confident and approachable, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues to meet customer needs.
Customer focused.
Flexible team player. Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support the team during busy periods.
Organised and able to prioritise customer queries and identify critical customer issues.
Computer literate able to use Microsoft word and outlook
Knowledge of CDK Drive is advantageous.
Clean and current driving licence desirable.
