The Role:


As a Sales Support Administrator at you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our sales process.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various tasks to enable our sales representatives to focus on building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue.

This role is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our company's growth.


About you:


  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, processing contracts, and file management.
  • Prepare sales and sales pipeline reports for management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate customer onboarding.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist in managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Salary:
£17,121.28-£18,750.00 per year
