Team Leader (Days)
Our client, a highly reputable company within their sector, are in search of an experienced Team Leader to join their ever-expanding company in Armagh.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that production is running effectively by overseeing the running of various machinery and reporting fault finding as and when it may occur to the production manager
- Managing a team of operatives
- Responsible for ensuring that operatives are adhering with Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations
- Responsible for checking the quality of finished products
- Ensuring that BRC documentation is completed accurately daily/weekly
- Liaise closely with the Stores Department
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards at all times
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 years' previous proven experience of supervising a team within a fast
- Knowledge of mechanical aptitude is essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of health & safety
- Proven ability of being able to work in a team
- Flexibility with regards to working hours and ability to work weekends on a rotational basis

£13.50-£14.50 per hour

Experience:
- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
