Personal Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team in ROSS-ON-WYE.


THE ROLE


In this new and exciting role, you'll utilise your unrivalled organisational skills to provide full secretarial support to members of the PGL Group Operating Board, providing invaluable assistance in streamlining their day-to-day operations.

Reporting to the Group People & Culture Director, your responsibilities will include:


  • Arranging travel, accommodation and restaurants as required.
  • Assisting with document signing, invoices and expenses.
  • Providing administrative support with reports, presentations and briefings.
  • Any other secretarial support as required.

IS THIS YOU?

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • An expert multitasker, able to identify priorities and manage workloads.
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Confident user of IT and MS office.
  • Shares our values of QUALITY, RESPECT, TEAMWORK, SAFETY & FUN.
  • Previous experience gained within an administrative/customer service role.
