Pertemps are working with a prestigious company based in the Glasgow area who are looking to add to their Administration department with the appointment of an Administrative Assistant.
Salary for this role will be £22k.The company offers an excellent salary plus a 12.5% non-contributory pension and the following benefits.

The main duties of the role include:
Ensure classrooms and course paperwork for all courses (virtual/inhouse/US) are prepared in time observing all GDPR and data security requirements.
Liaise with Admin Team to track course bookings/invitations for participants
Prepare and log course completion certificates and forward to Admin Team
Maintain future course needs planning database
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and invoices
Maintain booking diary for centre visitors
Assist with preparation and facilitation of seminars as required including all admin requirements
Liaise with Admin Team to track travel/bookings/invitations/presents/awards for seminar participants
Update database as required
Compile Induction packages (folders/memory sticks)
Provide support for SharePoint issues
Other general admin duties
**Skills required: **- Appropriate Secondary school qualifications including a minimum of 2 Highers or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a customer service environment or administration role
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including, Outlook, Word, Excel
- Good Verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
