As Regional SMART Controller, you'll be managing the successful operation of all our game-changing SMART workshop teams within the
Yorkshire & Lincolnshire region.

What you'll have the opportunity to be involved with:

Managing the workflow of our SMART workshop teams by means of resource movement, and sub-contract control where volume dictates, plus taking care of the rota to ensure coverage for every dealership
Facilitating workflow of SMART repairs for internal vehicle preparation purposes with Regional Control
Supporting Heads of Business with the recruitment of SMART Repair Technicians, and supporting our Technicians to be the best they can be, communicating regularly and conducting On Track reviews
Ensuring that all repairs completed by Technicians meet the agreed standards
Becoming an ambassador for Health and Safety, liaising with the Group Health and Safety team and conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance and maintaining Associate training
Assisting with stock control, internal audits, paint and consumable stock checks

Understanding of basic SMART Repair Technicians, their role and responsibilities, with strong technical knowledge and a good understanding of computer systems
