Acquisitions Sales Progressor - Nottingham, United Kingdom - Atomic
Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Acquisitions Sales Progressor, they will be responsible for progressing all sales from agreed deal to successful completion alongside post completion support where required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain acquisition pipeline.
- Prepare timeframes for sellers.
- Prepare project plan and oversee.
- Build and maintain clients trust, forming excellent working relationships.
- Work alongside project team to facilitate the progression of sale.
- Create supplier contract review ensuring all contracts and termination periods and fees are captured.
- Support the review of due diligence and create risk register.
- Support the negotiation of the Heads of Terms and purchase agreement.
- If full project management is required, create an integration plan and present to client.
- Registration of new buyers.
- Creating workflow management and storage of key documents in central location.
- Provide support to the acquisitions team during annual leave/where required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required
- Essential_
- Sales Progression experience.
- Lettings knowledge.
- Project management.
- Ability to multitask, manage different stakeholders and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work on various Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
- Analyse data and present in a readable form.
- Ability and willingness to learn and be able to work outside of your comfort zone.
- Strong communication skills.
- Driving license and own vehicle.
