HR GeneralistSALARY:
£25,000 - £27,000
Job Type: 12 months Fixed Contract / Full Time
Location:
Lichfield - Fradley, HYBRID working
Hours: 8.30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide first line advice and support to managers on people queries and questions
- Provide HR support in employee Relations matters, such as disciplinary and grievance meetings
- Provide accurate HR Administration
- Maintain the employee personnel files for all employees
- Monitoring all staff absence
- Maintaining accurate records on the system
- Conducting, updating and maintaining Right to Work and Visa/Sponsorship records
- Delivering the HR Corporate induction where needed
- Creating and distributing the company newsletter
- Provide HR representation and support at meetings
- Support the HR Manager with yearend
- Company car fleet management, including Driving Licence checks
- Raising PO numbers and liaising with companies to raise invoices and pass for payment
- Notifying Benefits Providers with details for all new starters, leavers and changes
- Maintain strong working relationships
- All other HR related duties, supporting the HR Manager with projects
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Basic understanding of HR.
- Formal HR qualification is desirable
- Understanding of company car administration would be beneficial, but not essential
- Able to communicate clearly with employees of various levels and with those who do not speak English as their primary language
- High level of computer literacy, especially MS Excel and MS Word
- GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications
- 33 days annual leave including your bank holidays
- Hybrid working
