Head Chef - Event Catering - £50,000- Birmingham:

Head chef required to oversee mobile event catering for weddings, corporate events and private functions
Salary up to £50,000 per annum
Flexible hours, 4day week

Having catered for hundreds of weddings, corporate events and private functions my client prides itself on creating unique and exiting dining experiences.

Their menus are carefully planned and presented and beautifully reflect the changing seasons of the UK.

The successful Head Chef will need:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in fine dining
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
A sound knowledge of financial implications and margin control
An excellent understanding of systems and procedures as well as the ability to think on your feet
Ideally experience within off site, large luxury events
