We are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to assist with the continued upward growth of our well-established company in Andover.

Role Overview:


Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for the management ofthe customer service team, striving for a first class experience for our customers andensuring that deadlines are met.

Your will be responsible for driving activity across your team taking the lead in account retention and growth.


As Customer Service Manager your role requires a high level of accuracy and commercial acumen in a fast-paced environment, whilst holding the customers best interests to the forefront of every decision.


Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Management ofthe customer service team through inspiring, coaching and mentoring to supportongoing individual and team development.
  • Responsibility for the communication of customer requirements with internal stakeholders to ensure that the customer need is met.
  • Recognise and implement process changes that will improve efficiencies and drive productivity through the team
  • Ensure account retention and driving account growth through existing accounts.
  • Forge long lasting relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.

To be successful you must be:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience of delivering a 5* customer service and be able to translate this into actions for your team.
  • A track record in line management of a team and the ability to drive performance.
  • Commercially astute and able to develop solutions to suit both the customer and the Company.
  • Take a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent organisation skills are essential
  • High attention to detail

Essential Skills:


  • Familiar with the use of order management system
