To carry out all administrative tasks in relation to the role, logging and recording of referrals, taking telephone queries. Providing assistance to clinical team, maintaining systems in order for them to manage busy daily workload.Ensuring records are maintained, accurate and as up to date as possible given the turnaround or service users into and discharged from the team.
