A great opportunity to work for an excellent organisation as a Senior Call Handler.This role is on a temporary basis through until the end of August 2023
In this role you would be responsible for managing staff within the call centre by allocating key tasks to call handlers, dealing with difficult or complex calls.
They will promote improvement within the call centre by monitoring the team's performancethrough active management of KPIs, reviewing the training and development needs of the team as well as dealing with complaints and feedback.
This role will provide and promote a culture of excellent customer service within the team, their role is to support, motivate and manage the Call Handling team to ensure an accurate and timely response to all calls.
