Description

We are looking for an experienced operational leader with a significant clinical background with knowledge and experience of working within specialist services that include Perinatal mental health care, Eating Disorder Services, Early Intervention in Psychosis services or MBU care.

The post holder will be expected to hold operational responsibility for a portfolio including a range of specialist services and will be expected to provide strategic delivery of these services.

They will also work as a deputy to the Care Group Service Director.

The post holder will be expected to facilitate continuous improvement of the delegated areas of responsibility and provide an increased focus on the delivery of streamlined, efficient services which are managed and benchmarked both nationally and internationally.

The postholder will be responsible for leading high performing clinical units and maintaining the integrity of these teams in line with the Trust's organisational structure, leading the teams towards excellence for the population we serve.
