Outbound Call Agent - Birmingham, United Kingdom - Elite Personnel
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in outbound communication to a specific target audience.
- Employ active listening and probing techniques to elicit relevant information.
- Utilise Teams for communication and maintain an Excel Spreadsheet with updated information.
- Drive initiatives to make calls, document outcomes, and report actionable items for followup.
Initial on-site orientation during the first week or two (12:00 - 17:30) to grasp project details, to get set up, and understand the project and recording of data.
Attend on-site meetings once a week (12:00 - 17:00) and continue remote work in the evening (18:00 - 20:00), preferably on Wednesdays.
The successful Outbound Caller will be responsible for gauging interest, explaining the program and its advantages, guiding participants on accessing the scheme and generating leads.
