Job Introduction
We are looking for a social media obsessed junior content producer.

You love coming up with big ideas for entertaining video content with fashion, beauty & lifestyle at the centre of everything you do.


Main Responsibilities

  • Working with the social lead & content team to create innovative content that will succeed across social and video
  • Managing ideas from initial storyboarding to publish
  • Pitching ideas to internal stakeholders
  • Organising shoots from booking locations and influencers to calling in relevant products & props.
  • Working with videographers on shot lists, edits & postproduction
  • Building relationships with PRs to ensure latest fashion & beauty products are incorporated into content ideas
  • Briefing relevant creative, video & talent teams on concepts & shoots
  • Featuring in content where necessary
  • Using analytics to inform future content decisions and update relevant stakeholders on performance
  • Working to overall business KPIs and objectives

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in creating high creative and entertaining content for TikTok and Instagram
  • An excellent understanding of Instagram and TikTok
  • A big thinker with an appetite for disruptive ideas
  • A confident presenter and presence on camera
  • A passion for fashion & beauty
  • A selfstarter who is able to work proactively and independently
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to work in a small team/startup
  • Whilst you are not required to be a videographer, competence within app video editing is required
    .
