Full time, Permanent

£25,000 - £30,000 p.a

Tide are delighted to be working with an incredible charity in their search for a HR Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated and passionate team of people, grow your HR knowledge and experience, and support a fantastic cause.


You will be a key part of the HR team, responsible for providing general HR advice, supporting and guiding line managers, and making sure that the charity is compliant with relevant employment law and regulations.

Job Duties include (but are not limited to)

  • Advise and coach managers on ER, policies & procedures, performance issues
  • Manage staff relationships and advise employees on any HR queries e.g maternity, paternity, leave entitlements etc
  • Work with managers to reduce sickness absence
  • Assist on recruitment and selection
  • Monitor HR metrics

Job Criteria

  • Up to date knowledge on Employment Law
  • CIPD Level 5 or qualified through experience
  • Previous experience working with volunteer staff or within a charity would be advantageous
  • Highly organised with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise accordingly
