As a Customer Service Advisor you will ensure that field teams have the necessary workload to maintain services to a high standard.

You will be a key member of the team and ensure that the customer is kept at everything we do.

Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Managing proactive and reactive resource demands into a balanced and achievable schedule of works.
  • Effectively allocate work to Operational Resource within SLAs, to ensure effective utilisation of jobs.
  • Ensure customer are kept at the heart of all our works, with 100% timely communication, explaining the steps required to complete the necessary work to their satisfaction.
  • Jeopardy manage work flow, redistributing work in a day as priorities and service levels change to meet customer and business need.
  • Liaise with operational team leaders and teams to ensure feedback is provided on delivery and available capacity against demand.
  • Utilise the autoscheduling too; to ensure SLAs are met and exceeded.

A successful Customer Service Advisor will demonstrate:
