Are you passionate about sport and wellness, looking for a part time job and open to the opportunity to work at one of the leading department stores?
We are looking for a part time Sales advisor to work on Wednesdays and Fridays only (10am-8pm both days).
Our client, Therabody is a pioneer in the wellness technology space, developing products and services that optimize human performance and unlock the body's natural ability to achieve health and well-being.
This role is pivotal in bringing the customer experience to life and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Sales Specialists who can represent Stellar and our client, Therabody to lead the way with delivering exceptional customer service.

What you will be doing in your role:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy
- Building a great rapport with customers
- Bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations
- Converting interest into sales
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Ensuring the space always has premium standards
What experience you'll need to be successful:
- Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
- The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
- Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous
- Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous
- Passionate about fitness and/or wellness
- Ability to work independently where required
- Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
- A teamplayer who loves sharing their passion with others
- Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive mentality and a drive to succeed
Training
- Indepth initial product training with quarterly refresher courses
- Customer service sales training
