**Project Manager

Kent £85,000 £110,000 PA (depending on exp) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Annual Bonus**We are currently working with a very successful highend housebuilder operating in Dartford, Kent who are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and complete an ongoing project. The business focuses on creating new housing in the South of England and areactively acquiring new sites to add to their excellent pipeline of future developments.

As a Project Manager you would be responsible for the ongoing management of the site, ensuring that all deadlines and NHBC standards are met.

In addition, you will essentially need:

A minimum of 5+ years' experience of working on RC Frame as well as Traditional Build projects from start to completion/handover
A stable career history of employment
Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First aid all in date
A demonstratable ability to deliver excellent client/customer service at all times
A history of planning and delivering projects on time and within budget
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on internal finishes
