Responsibilities:


  • Raising and processing invoices, including matching to Purchase Orders.
  • Chasing and reconciling Supplier Statements
  • Control of the bank approval schedule
  • Assist with the roll out of a brand new DNAC and ISE installation
  • Ensure faults, service requests and project requests are logged, assigned and given the correct priority
  • Assist in resolving escalated calls and planning speedy resolutions for telecoms calls
  • Keeping accurate IT records including user accounts, asset register, software inventory and support documentation.
  • Provide advice, guidance, costs and implementation of any requested services or projects. This includes attending site and project meetings and conducting surveys.

Required Skills:


  • Experience in a processing role or similar
  • Good working knowledge of DNAC (Cisco DNA Centre) and ISE (Identity Services Engine)
  • An excellent communicator with customer service skills
  • Ability to multi task whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
