Description

Our client a leading boutique firm seek a Corporate Finance and Forensic Executive - This is quite a niche role that would suit someone either about to qualify or newly qualified, with an interest in this field.

Alternatively a qualified accountant looking for a change in direction.


You will be responsible for the timely and cost effective completion of Corporate Finance and Forensic assignments, mainly consisting of ad hoc projects as instructed by the Corporate & Forensic Services Partner.


Key Objectives:


  • Completion of corporate finance and forensic accountancy assignments to a high standard of technical competence and within time/budget constraints.
  • Professional written and oral communication with clients.
  • Maintain technical competence.
  • Communication with the Partner to enable consistent work flow and effective planning.
  • Complying with the firm's operating and administration procedures for corporate finance and forensic services.
  • Support the Corporate & Forensic Services Partner in transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, due diligence, valuations, fund raising and other ad hoc projects.
  • Preparation of forensic accounting reports including but not limited to loss quantification, business valuation and matrimonial disputes.
  • Preparation of corporate finance bid/proposal documents and related documentation: research relevant information and prepare documents for Partner review.
  • Build good rapport with the clients, with a clear understanding of client expectations.
  • Work effectively with members of the team and client staff.
  • Attend training courses, keeping technical knowledge up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Agreement of assignment budgets with the Partner as work commences, regular monitoring of progress against budget and feedback to the Partner
