What we are looking for:


  • Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement
  • Good understanding of regulations relating to housing and mechanical electrical or other industry (Desirable)
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously Data analysis
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365's Power Platforms (Power BI)

We currently have a great opportunity for a Compliance Data Officer to provide excellent front line customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers' needs are met and the departmental/team objectives are achieved to facilitate 100% compliance on all electrical & mechanical services, with a focus on:

  • Data management
  • Documents management
  • Reports compiling

As Compliance Data Officer, you will be required to:

  • Updating and maintaining our database
  • Develop and issue compliance programmes, ensuring service delivery and contractors are kept informed
  • Carry out data reconciliation using multiple data sources
  • Work closely with Compliance Manager and Data Teams in order to resolve data issues
  • Regular review of team's processes in order to improve, recommend or implement changes
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer experience
  • This role will require a minimum of 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office._
