What will I be doing?

  • Supporting a highvolume outbound customer service contact centre
  • Making outbound calls to new, existing and previous customer about our emergency breakdown cover
  • Calling new and previous customers who have received online quotes
  • Calling existing customers about their membership renewal
  • Striving towards sales goals or retaining customers who are coming to the end of their membership
  • Engaging with Customers and building confidence to deliver outstanding customer service on every call
  • Pushing for better by using resources, tools and systems available to offer the best customer outcome
  • Maintaining focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives the same exceptional level of customer service.
  • Taking care of a variety of customers including distressed/angry customers.
