Are you an organised, detail-orientated individual with experience of working within a fast paced environment?


We are looking for an Administrator to join our team in Kingston Hospital to assist our doctors in the usage of their CRS Smartcards.

CRS Smartcards provide secure and auditable access to NHS Spine-enabled health record systems such as Summary Care Records.

The role of the administrator is to support with the issuing, updates and management of the smartcard that gives access to care records for staff at Kingston Hospital.

The administrators work onsite in a team of two that sets up and issues cards for new starters, (Nurses, Doctors, care workers) manage queries and support the unlocking and renewal of the smart cards.

Every day you will

  • Manage collaborative inbox assisting with queries around Smartcard access
  • Manage phone lines for CRS Issues and manage these in a timely manner
  • General administration involved/Data accuracy updating records/systems
  • Create New CRS Smartcards as well as reinstating old ones
  • Liaise between clients and healthcare workers regularly
