3 month temp contract, 35 hours a week

Requirements:
Must have an enhanced DBS.


My client is looking for a two Support Workers to work with young people in Harlow and Epping to improve their lives using the service by providing housing support and general support to help them achieve within their lives.


Duties:


  • Carrying out initial assessments, risk assessments and safeguarding
  • Maintaining frequent contact with the service users
  • Develop relationships and working with external groups/agencies to support the service users requirements
  • Responding to challenging and antisocial behaviour

Experience Required:

  • Housing support work
  • Young People experience
  • Experience of working with challenging and complex people
  • Able to lone work
