As a CNC Setter / Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

Setting up CNC machines, including installing workpieces, fixtures, cutting tools.
Operating CNC machines, specifically Heidenhain & Fanuc Controls.
Troubleshooting and resolving common CNC machine issues.
Conducting routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Performing inprocess inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Experience in setting up CNC machines.
Proficiency in operating CNC machines, specifically Heidenhain & Fanuc Controls.
Capability to identify and resolve common CNC machine issues.
Attention to detail and ability to perform inprocess inspections.
Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
