Due to expansion our client is looking for an Engineering Assistant to join their engineering team.

Being personally mentored by the Engineering Manager this role would suit an individual looking to step into the sector and gain experience and a career indesign, project engineering and/or improvement.


Under the guidance of the Engineering Manager an average day will be liaising with the onsite production team, reviewing existing and products, processes and work procedures as well as resolving any issues raised by the Production team.

Not only that, youwill also be involved with New Product Engineering which will include the design, implementation, manufacturing process and final testing stages.


  • A great eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A genuine interest in the engineering sector
  • Experience or Qualifications in a production or engineering environment
Not only will you be working for a business that holds a fantastic "average length of service" record for current employees, you will be receiving one on one support, training, 25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays and working hours include a 1300 finish ona Friday
