Social Work Assistant needed with Worcestershire County Council

Salary - £15 ltd an hour

Description:

As a Social Work Assistant you will carry out and review assessments and support plans for adults and their carers to build a good life within their community
The Social Work Assistant will ensure that the wellbeing and safety of the adult is paramount, this is through analysing all necessary information to complete assessments that comply with statutory requirements
You will undertake day duty tasks as required
As a Social Work Assistant you will be required to collect and maintain accurate records and update appropriate systems which are both confidential and inkeeping with relevant legislation

What is required?

Demonstrable experience of work with adults, especially older adults and adults with physical disabilities
Level 6 or 7 qualification
Previous experience within a similar role
Ability to travel throughout the county
