The Connexus Group has grown organically for over 25 years, providing high quality, 24/7 services to insurance companies, managing general agents, portfolio run-off businesses, fleet managers, motor manufacturers, corporate businesses and private clients.


We work with some of the world's largest motor manufacturers and dealerships, supporting them with web support, accident aftercare, affinity insurance products and commercial fleet management.


Over the last 2 years, our group of companies has grown from 170 to 200+ staff and we have successfully opened a brand-new business within the group, and expanded by more than doubling our customer base.

We invest heavily in training and development, which has contributed to retaining more than 95% of staff.


We are looking for someone initially on a 6 month fixed term contract for project work to help clean up our systems ready for automation.

This role may lead to a permanent role after the initial 6 months.


Main responsibility of the role:


  • Reconciliation of premium and commissions
  • Timely movement of funds
  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
  • Support the finance team in daytoday operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data
  • Any ad hoc duties required by managers, or other duties assigned.

Skills required:


  • 3 years qualified by experience


  • Intermediate

  • Advanced Excel

7.5 hours per day, Monday-Friday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch

£25,000.00 pro rata but negotiable
