Description
Would you like to work as part of our therapy team covering the Bridlington and Driffield area ?

You will be supervised by registered Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy staff, and will follow their treatment plans, and you will also have your own caseload of patients who you will assess and treat.

You will work with patients in their own homes, and treat people who have a variety of conditions, and you will deliver treatment for Community Rehabilitation and Intermediate Care patients.

The post holder will have a good deal of autonomy in the management of their caseload, but will have support available from the team at all times.

The work is very varied, ranging from ensuring that someone is able to manage safely at home on discharge from hospital, to carrying out programmes of rehab to enable people to achieve their longer term goals.

If you are interested in finding out more about this post, we would love to hear from you. Please phone Vicky Ryan on for an informal chat about the post.
