We are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to join the Van Monster team as a Branch Administrator.

What makes a great Branch Administrator?

You need to wear many hats to be successful in the role, so what we are looking for in you is a special combination of organisation, customer service, and the ability to multi task.

You will be dealing with all aspects of administration, from banking and petty cash to stock checks and keeping the systems updated on all sales.

About you

Firstly, you are an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast paced environment you are well organised with the ability to multi task and can navigate around different computer programs
Good customer service skills, as you will be dealing with customers, colleagues from neighbouring branches and outside suppliers.
You get involved in every part of your business you take pride in understanding exactly what makes your business tick and lead by example, setting high standards.
You build your success on building great relationships whether a colleague or a customer you understand what is important to those you speak with and meet.
A full UK or EU driving licence too
