Hours:
Mon-Thurs 07:30-16:30.

07:30-14:00 Friday

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Operations Director the Quality Manager will be responsible for the company's Quality & Environmental processes and systems, ensuring the company is legally compliant and a safe workspace provided for their employees.

Developing quality control processes to meet the needs of the business's client base to requirements of ISO9001/3834/
Creating and maintaining uptodate product and process specifications
Working alongside managers of various departments and giving instruction when standards are not met
Checking product development and manufacturing processes to ensure quality standard are met
Regularly attending customer sites to audit installation activities
Internal auditing
Organise certification and maintenance of lifting equipment, cranes and forklifts in conjunction with the F&M Manager
Support tender and quotation works with the completion of questionnaires reference SHEQ.
Minimum of 5 years' experience working within in a quality management role from an Engineering or Structural Steel environment
Full valid UK driving Licence
Understanding of BS:EN 1090
