About the role:


We are recruiting a Registry and Admissions officer who can support and deliver a wide range of actives of the Hub.

You will ensure the effective delivery of a wide range of registry and office activities including updating required information accurately and efficiently; participating in recruitment events on
- and off-site; assessing learners' eligibility for funding and organising student interviews in consultation with key curriculum staff.


About you:

You will have experience of working in a busy, high achieving customer support team, preferably within an educational environment.

This experience will also be supplemented with knowledge of student admissions procedures, student eligibility / fee rules and student record systems.


Able to interact effectively with staff at all levels, you will also be able to manage and motivate staff and deliver services with excellent customer care with a positive, tactful, and sympathetic approach.

About City and Islington College:

City Islington College is an award-winning further education college in London with centres in Holloway, Angel and Finsbury Park.

The College offers a huge array of academic and vocational courses from entry levels right through to HE for young and adult learners.

These include foundation learning, A-Levels, BTECs, Apprenticeships, Access to Higher Education. The College also works closely with all stakeholders and offers bespoke training and development programmes.
