This role is responsible for managing and optimising the reach, success and growth of brands. Using effective, performance focused marketing and advertising methods, activities, channels and platforms.
Plan, develop and manage thesuccessful delivery of the marketing strategy and coordinated (online & off) Marketing, Advertising and Demand/Lead generation programs.
To maximise the performance of the marketing, e-commerce, CRM and growth (sales) missions, across our global B2B and B2Cmarkets.The scope of the Marketing Manager role
- Managing targeted and optimised marketing and advertising for the entire customer journey (acquisition/conversion/retention) assuming responsibility for driving leads into the marketing and sales funnels
- Manage and optimise the performance of segmented B2B & B2C marketing assets, activities and programs
- Manage, deliver and report on effective SEM/SEO, UX/UI, content, performance, paid, programmatic, affiliate, social, digital and offline marketing and advertising programs for the brands.
- Manage the optimisation, performance and reporting of systems such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, Brandwatch, Optimizely, Hotjar and Klaviyo/Mailchimp
- Manage marketing and customer focused communication activities
- Develop contacts by attending organised networking events
- Maintain and optimise a calendar of content needs and social events
- Resilient, open, collaborative, detail focused and handson Marketer
- Ability to demonstrate experience of working in an entrepreneurial setup, fulfilling a management but also a handson role
