Business Development Manager - Engineering / Construction

up to 25,000 basics + Commission
Novax Recruitment is a multi-sector agency that recruits across the construction, engineering, energy and public sectors.

Do you have business development experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Altrincham? Novax Recruitment is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager and the role comes with a salary of up to £25k p/a + Commission to take this OTE up to£45,000.

If you're a confident individual with a nick for sales, we would be open to training someone with 1-year sales experience.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be a dynamic, resilient, hands-on and experienced salesperson who thrives in a busy environment, succeeds when dealing with multiple challenges and can seamlessly integrate into the wider business.

In your first few weeks in this BD sales management role, you can expect to:

Identify and convert new prospects in the construction and engineering markets.
Manage relationships with contractors and subcontractors.
Build a pipeline in line with sales targets
Renew and grow existing business.
Negotiate new business deals with new clients maximising revenue.
The ability to instigate and maintain relationships.
The capability to communicate at all levels.
The ability to listen and respond appropriately.
The will to act as an ambassador ensuring that your behaviour reflects well on the company.
The ability to plan and prioritise workload.
