_MacGregor Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an individual with Window & Door Trade sales experience to make a difference and build something new_


Our client is a highly successful family owned manufacturer and supplier of Windows, Doors, Conservatories and Orangeries with a network of depots and showrooms across the South West and with a solid and growing retail customer base.


They have now created a brand new opportunity for a Trade Sales Manager to join the business to build their Trade Supply business, supported by their highly skilled processing and technical teams.


  • Basic circa £30£32k DOE experience
  • Performance related bonus scheme
  • Use of company vehicle

Trade Sales Manager role:


  • Depot based with some field sales elements this is a sales role where you will build relationships with potential trade customers across the Bristol area
  • Develop quoting opportunities, negotiating margins and onboarding customers
  • Work closely with the office based sales order processing, technical and manufacturing teams
  • Account manage the trade customers ensuring they receive a first class service and that any issues are resolved quickly

Trade Sales Manager Skills & Experience

  • Experience of developing sales and building strong customer relationships within the window and door trade supply sector is essential
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • A valid driving licence is essential

The Package:


  • Basic dependant on experience £3032k anticipated
  • Performance related bonus scheme
  • Use of company van
  • 22 days holiday plus statutory
  • Monday to Friday (No Saturday working)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
